Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out analysis of antibiotic resistant variation from bacteria culture test of hospital patients, the authors analysed 3,238 strains in 25 species isolated from a general hospital in Taejon from January 1 to
December
31, 1992.
1. The rate of isolation was E. coli, S.aureus, CNS, Klebsiella in 25 species bacteria in descending order.
2. The specimen of predominant bacteria was urine, sputum, pus, blood in descending order.
The highest appearance was E. coli in urine, Pseudomonas in sputum, S. sureus pus.
3. Variation of resistant rates by seasons to the largest number and lately underlying 9 species in various bacteria investigated.
S. aureus, CNS, Streptococcus group d of Gram positive cocci showed sensitive to cholramphenicol, cephalothin, resistant to tetracyclin.
#.coli, enterobacter, klebsiella, Serratia of Gram negative bacilli showed sensitive to mostly antibiotics except carbenicillin.
Pseudomonas, NFB showed the resistance to almost all antibiotics, Acinectobacter showed irregular resistant rate by seasons.
